Gopal Vittal, CEO of Airtel, recently confirmed that the telecom operator would launch 5G services in August. The company announced that it will begin deploying a 5G network in India by the end of this month in collaboration with major technology companies such as Samsung, Nokia, and Ericsson. Airtel plans to cover all towns and cities, including rural areas, by 2024, according to the telecom giant.
