Legendary MLB starter retires

Former Major League Baseball starting pitcher Edwin Jackson, who played in the league for more than a decade, announced his retirement from the sport on his social media sites.

His career was highly successful."This game helped me grow into the person I am now and taught me a lot of important things about life.

I have numerous memories from the sport that I have loved and committed my entire life to, and they will stick with me forever.
