Arizona doesn't look good, but Kansas City does. The Kansas City Chiefs play the Arizona Cardinals to open their season on Sunday in Glendale.
For Kansas City, injuries this week include Deon Bush (foot), Malik Herring (abdomen), Trey Smith (shoulder), JuJu Smith-Schuster (knee), Darian Kinnard (elbow), and Frank Clark (illness).
Smith-Schuster stated he had given it his all all week, and on Thursday, everyone but Clark practised.
On the field for Friday's practise was every player currently listed on the 53-man Chiefs roster. Clark trained with the group and will play in the first game of the year on Sunday.
There shouldn't be any other injuries aside from Blake Bell's hip injury. Frank returned to practise today, and Andy Reid provided encouraging injury updates on Friday, so that was it.
The most injured team in the league is Arizona. Trayvon Mullen (toe), Rondale Moore (hamstring), and J.J. Watt went unnoticed.
